About Loaf.

We aren’t a traditional bakery. You won’t see a store or cafe with our name on it. Everything is crafted in our home bakery and made available to pick up from our location. You will also find us at some local farmer’s markets around Green Bay.

Our menu of baked goods is ever-changing. We keep old favorites and look for fresh and innovative flavors that speak to your adventurous side. Look for top-notch sourdoughs, focaccia, quick breads and so much more. Our goal is to be the bread you crave.

The owners and bakers at Loaf, Josh and Melisa, work hard to provide delicious, nutritious breads and baked goods to our friends and neighbors in the Green Bay area. We pride ourselves in serving our community and hold strongly to the ideal that good people care for one other. We give back to our community by donating loaves to local food pantries. We believe that a nutritious loaf of bread shouldn’t be a luxury…. everyone should have access to our bakes.
